Sparkling Wine

A delicate nose displaying citrus from the Chardonnay and strawberries from the Pinot Noir. Soft and mouth filling on the palate with a fresh, fruity finish. A fantastic appertif style for any occasion.
Deep plum fruit, with hints of spice, liquorice and mulberry burst out of the glass. The palate is deep and complex with ripe red fruits and an earthy savoury finish. There is subtle, yet well intergrated oak, that provides fine tannins and a long finish.

White Wine

One of our signature and most loved varieties, this early picked style is renowed for its ability to age. This is a classic Semillon, subdued in its youth, with fine piercing acidity and lemon falvour, this wine will evolve to become more rich and full as it ages. In time developing complex toasty, nutty and honeyed characters.

Red Wine

A truly unique wine! Made in the "nouveau" style, this wine was fermented in stainless steel and quickly put to bottle without the use of oak. A style famous for exhuberant fruit aromas and a softer palate, this is the perfect wine for relaxed lunches and afternoon antipasto plates.
A Shiraz of exceptional quality. Extended maturation using both French and American oak has added a depth to this already brooding wine.
