A truly unique wine! Made in the "nouveau" style, this wine was fermented in stainless steel and quickly put to bottle without the use of oak. A style famous for exhuberant fruit aromas and a softer palate, this is the perfect wine for relaxed lunches and afternoon antipasto plates.
A Shiraz of exceptional quality. Extended maturation using both French and American oak has added a depth to this already brooding wine.

Beginning in 2003, Verdelho from the Dusty Hill Vineyard has been fortified to make this very rare wine. Aged in barrel for an average of 10 years, before careful blending, this wine is truly a showcase of the variety. Slight rancio characters on the nose, follow through onto the palate with hints of marmalade and caramel.
Displaying a great level of richness, the "Forbidden" Liqueur Muscat is produced through the blending of selected parcels with an average age of 20 years. This wine has a multitude of aromas, incredible depth of flavour and a finish that seems to linger for an age!

The wine has a very deep black appearance with a wonderful crimson deep cherry red hue. Intense aromas of ripe, blackberry fruits, liquorice appear first followed by prune-like notes with deep spicy plum pudding characters.
