We are proud to employ approximately 30 people in our Dusty Hill team. Our team members work together to deliver a memorable experience for our guests. We employ people to work in our Front of House, Housekeeping, Kitchen, Gardening and Maintenance teams. We offer Full Time and Casual opportunities.

Our Teams
Front of House
Our Front of House team members provide exceptional customer service to guests dining in our restaurant, wine tasting in our wine cellar, staying in our accommodation, and attending our venue for weddings, conferences and events. Our Front of House team members work Wednesdays to Sundays, during the day and evenings.
Kitchen
Our kitchen is open for Lunch and Dinner Wednesday - Saturday, and for lunch only on Sunday. We also cater for weddings, conferences and events. Kitchen team members may also have the opportunity to work in our sister business The Goomeri Bakery, offering diversity and variety in kitchen, location and cuisine.
Housekeeping
We have cottages, motel rooms, and self-contained accommodation onsite. Our housekeeping team will clean and reset our accommodation, and restaurant and function areas.
Our Housekeeping roles require manual handling, pushing and pulling, bending and kneeling.
Gardening & Maintenance
The vineyard and grounds of Dusty Hill are maintained by our Gardening and Maintenance team. In these roles, our team work outdoors and use machinery, equipment and chemicals to maintain a welcoming and presentable gardens, grounds, vineyard, decks, and pool areas. These positions require manual handling, pushing and pulling, bending and kneeling.
